Summer Camp 2023 Registration

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

• Up to 30 days prior to camp start date: 100% refund
• Up to 8 days prior to camp start date: 50% refund
• Week before camp start date: no refund

**A $25 registration fee will be applied for new campers. You will receive an invoice after your registration is processed.

CAMPER/STAFF RATIO:

2:1

If other accomodations are needed (such as camper coming with 1:1 support person) please reach out to Erin Fobert at: info@lotuscentre.net, prior to registration.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY: 

We allow for 5 minutes grace and then charge $1 per each minute afterwards. 

Please note that swimming may or may not be offered during the last week of the summer camp do to pool closures by the City of Ottawa.
