Description:
Come and enjoy the outdoors with Yoga Moves! Outdoors. Fun and energizing warm-up activities followed by some cool, calming yoga poses that can help to keep us strong, healthy and happy! Let's chill out, bust some yoga moves and have fun! Class will take place outdoors, so dress for the weather! Ambient lights will light up the night and everyone will be physically distanced. Indoor washrooms are available for participants. Class is lead by certified yoga instructor, Christina Pizana-Fraser.
