Kickboxing fitness for the family (NEW ONLINE OPTION)  

Bring your whole family for 30 minutes of fitness fun. Learn punches, kicks and entertaining boxing drills. This class will provide a full-body workout that teaches self-defense, improves cardiovascular endurance, improves balance, and boosts stamina for kids and parents alike. Make sure to bring water, wear comfy clothes and be prepared to sweat! 

Minimum age of 4 years old and above for participants

Family Lesson: $35/household/class (2 parents, 3 children from the same household) 30 minute duration 

Class time can be arranged with Sensei Kyle Goldstein in advance.

Required age: 4+ on the day of the activity

Cancellation Policy: With the current Health Crisis, situations can change. Mayfair Clubs reserves the right to cancel any session on any given date and time for situations outside of Mayfair Clubs control. Should this occur, all registrants will receive a credit for a future lesson(s). If Mayfair Clubs cancels the program, a full refund will be issued prior to program start date. If program has begun, a refund will be issued for the unused portion of the program. If the participant decides to cancel, a 50% cancellation reimbursement will be issued if cancellation occurs 7 days, or more, before the program begins. There are no refunds if cancellation is made less than 7 days, before the program begins.
