Class Details:

This 6-week session of classes is an excellent Karate starter program that will teach you what you need to know about how to protect and defend yourself. Included in this course are lessons on how to use your arms in blocking any attack, by hands or feet, how to make a counter attack using your hand or your foot. how to control an assault, ground fighting without grappling, and more. Sessions are facilitated live on zoom with Sensei Raafat Elfkey from Japan Karate Association.

What You Need to Know

Participants will need to wear clothing they can move easily in, an open space of about 6x6 feet and a bottle of water. We will be using Zoom as the platform to host all live classes.

Once registered, you will be sent a confirmation and the Zoom session details.

Requirements: Computer, laptop or tablet with camera and microphone.

Mayfair Clubs reserves the right to cancel any session on any given date and time for situations outside of Mayfair Clubs control. Should this occur, all registrants will receive a credit for a future lesson(s). If Mayfair Clubs cancels the program, a full refund will be issued prior to program start date. If program has begun, a refund will be issued for the unused portion of the program. If the participant decides to cancel, a 50% cancellation reimbursement will be issued if cancellation occurs 7 days, or more, before the program begins. There are no refunds if cancellation is made less than 7 days, before the program begins.
