Balancing work/life/family means that you don’t have time for yourself. Yet neglecting yourself will lead to a poor diet, lack of exercise, an overstressed mind and unfulfillment. Taking out just an hour for yourself by learning something new or re-starting on your martial arts journey you left behind can revitalize you and leave you ready for anything.

Class Details:

This 6-week in house session will introduce you to the beauty and discipline of Karate and Martial Arts. You will feel stronger, confident, and more centered as you develop your skills. Sessions are led by Sensei Raafat Elfkey from the Japan Karate Association.

Cancellation Policy: With the current Health Crisis, situations can change. Mayfair Clubs reserves the right to cancel any session on any given date and time for situations outside of Mayfair Clubs control. Should this occur, all registrants will receive a credit for a future lesson(s). If Mayfair Clubs cancels the program, a full refund will be issued prior to program start date. If program has begun, a refund will be issued for the unused portion of the program. If the participant decides to cancel, a 50% cancellation reimbursement will be issued if cancellation occurs 7 days, or more, before the program begins. There are no refunds if cancellation is made less than 7 days, before the program begins.
