Kids Small Group Fitness (9 Week Program) Program Description: Come out and participate in a 9 week program of fun workouts filled with exercises and games to increase movement literacy, strength and mobility for sports. Session Details: Wednesday 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Pricing: 9 Week Program $162 Members $189 Non-Member $21 Single Class

Required age: 7 - 12 on the day of the activity
Notes: Covid Disclaimer I am fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in my attendance at the Premises and participation in the activities of the Club due to COVID-19 and I voluntarily, knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with participating in the activities of the Club and entering the Premises, including, but not limited to, my own actions or inactions (or the actions or inactions of my minor child/ward), the actions or inactions of others (including but not limited to the Club owners, officers, directors, managers, staff, volunteers or visitors), illnesses, infections, contact with others (including but not limited to the Club owners, officers, directors, managers, staff, volunteers or visitors), navigating any, and all, obstacles and any defects of the Premises. This waiver is in addition to and does not replace all other Mayfair Clubs waivers. Cancellation Policy Mayfair Clubs reserves the right to cancel any program on any given date and time for situations outside of Mayfair Clubs control. Should this occur, all registrants will receive a credit for a future program. If the program has begun, a credit will be issued for the unused portion of the program. Cancellation requests received more than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program will be issued a credit for a future program. No credits will be issued for cancellation requests received less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program.
