Monthly Membership - Young Adult (18-30)

• This Membership gives you access (when open) to our fitness and aquatic facilities as well as our MNjcc On Demand streaming platform. 
• You will be charged your membership fee at the end of each month for the following month.  
• To cancel your membership you must submit a cancellation request with five (5) days’ notice through your online account here, or by emailing membership@mnjcc.org.  
• If you currently have remaining credit with us, it will be added to your account before your first billing and we will use up the credit before charging your payment card. 
• We are not currently offering fixed term memberships (3 months or 12 months) 
• After you register, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to access the MNjcc On Demand streaming platform. 
• Monthly rates are charged according to your age so please ensure that your birthdate and the birthdate of anyone else in your household is correct in our system 
• If you register another membership on your account get 25% off the lowest priced membership(s) 
• An enrollment fee of $70.00 +HST will be charged for each new membership. 
• Members may freeze (pause) their membership for a maximum of four (4) months.  A one-time administrative fee of $25+HST will be charged for each freeze request. Any extensions of an existing freeze will incur an additional $25+HST administrative fee 
• Requests to freeze your membership must be submitted in writing with five (5) days’ notice to membership@mnjcc.org.  

NOTE FOR DISCOUNT MEMBERSHIPS: Both people must live in the same household, be on the same Amilia account, and memberships must be purchased at the same time in order to receive the discount immediately. Should you add a household member after purchasing your own, they will be charged their full amount until the last day of the month, when membership dues are renewed. Once the new billing period starts, the less expensive membership(s) will be discounted 25% as long as this promotion continues.
