Looking to meet a buddy to hit the trail with you? Like mountain biking but want to sharpen your skills? Mountain Recreation is proud to partner with the Vail Valley Mountain Trail Alliance (VVMTA)'s Soul Dirt to bring you ladies-only multi-day mountain bike skills and trail stewardship clinics for beginner - intermediate adult riders. Soul Dirt encourages building riding skills and community through sustainable recreation. While out on the trail, Soul Dirt provides an opportunity for participants in our community to connect, volunteer, and develop a sense of stewardship for our trails and public lands. 

Participants will learn bike riding technique and trail maintenance principles over sessions one and two, with an optional third session to ride more and apply what you have learned!  Mountain bikes and helmets are available to borrow for the program from VVMTA, however, please bring your own equipment if you are able.
