Mens Soul Dirt with VVMTA (18+) - September 7, 14, 21 (EAGLE)

In partnership with the VVMTA's Soul Dirt, Mountain Recreation is excited to offer FREE group mountain bike rides for adults. Riders of all-abilities are encouraged to join a bike get-together and experience the transformative power of the mountains in our backyard. It's like camp, but for adults!

Good for the body and the brain, Soul Dirt provides sustainable recreation opportunities, creates access to the outdoors and builds community on the trails. Need a bike? Anyone participating in a VVMTA Soul Dirt ride can borrow one for use during the program – free of charge. Please request a bike and provide your height in the registration process.

Participants are not obligated to know how to mountain bike. All levels are welcome and the opportunity to try something new is encouraged. Basic bike riding technique, sustainable recreation and trail maintenance principles will be covered during sessions one and two, with an optional third session to ride more and apply what you have learned!  Mountain bikes and helmets are available to borrow for the program from VVMTA, however, please bring your own equipment if you are able.
