Description:
Have you ever wondered what a magnet is, or how electricity works, or how they are related to each other at all? Then this is the perfect session for you! In this workshop, learners will get the chance to learn about magnetism, circuits, electricity, and even build their own motor using their knowledge of electromagnetism through hands-on, fun activities. This session includes concepts from the BC Science Curriculum and is directly tied to specific curriculum points, including:
Required age: 8 - 12 on the day of the activity
