Description:

Open to competitive players born in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 currently playing or likely to be playing AA and A in the upcoming season.

Participants can expect a challenging program that includes three ice times each day, off-ice strategy instruction and outdoor conditioning sessions.
This is a physically demanding program that focuses on conditioning, endurance and advanced ringette skills.

Top Gun camps feature 3 ice times per day and off-ice sessions which will focus on the following:

• power and agility skating instruction
• advanced ringette skills fitness and conditioning; which includes a take home breakdown of what was taught
• nutrition planning
• and education in-depth mental toughness training

The last ice session of each day will be a scrimmage where athletes have the opportunity to show off newly acquired skills.

Prerequisites: 2006 players that have completed evaluations and have been selected onto a AA team may register in this group. Note: The ages listed under "Required Age" are general age restrictions for our camps overall. Please follow the group's age requirements (i.e. 2007-2008 Birthdates) as listed.
