Description:
The Vex Iq Robotics program is designed to introduce students to STEM fundamentals through the world of Robotics. Students will use their imagination to design, build, and program their robots to accomplish specific tasks. They will discover the Engineering Design Process in a real work setting as they test and improve the performance of their Robots. Through these engaging hands-on activities, students will build intuitive and teamwork skills. Challenges and competitions bring an air of excitement!

Required age: 8 - 12 on the day of the activity
Notes: Each student will have his/her own robotics building set; students will not be sharing materials or supplies.
Prerequisites: Students will work at their own pace, in a supportive encouraging environment. As one challenge is met, another will be set!
