Description:
Standing meditation and the basic silk reeling Qi Gong practises will be taught, with an emphasis on relaxation and subtle alignment. Beginners are welcome in this program that expands Silk Reeling Qigong by including stepping exercises. Standing Meditation Neigong continues to be our foundation.
