Join Chef Tara Humphrey of Global Peel for a culinary and cultural tour around the world through food.  in our first session with teens, we will begin with Africa wheat the start of all life began with delcious flavors and textures.  Your teen will learn proper techniques in the kitchen, develop knife their knife skills and enhance their knowledge in baking and frying.  Sample your dishes and learn more about the culture of Africa in the dining room of Cheney Mansion.  Ages 12-16
