Enjoy Gymnastics with your peer group! Whether you have lots of experience, or you are just starting out this class is for you. Socializing and gaining movement confidence are developed as well as advancing skills within the CanJUMP trampoline and tumbling program. Teens are able to set skill and fitness goals with the coach and create friendships in their peer group. As skills become increasingly demanding more focus on technique and fitness will also be developed during this program. Teens will develop skill at their own rate and increase their fitness in a fun way!
