Description:
Whether you just want to give gymnastics a try, or extend your classes, the MICRO session is for you! Advancing beginner gymnastics focusing on development of the fundamental movement patterns on all apparatus. Participants will move through the basics of both the CanGYM - Artistic and CanJUMP - Trampoline & Tumbling programs receiving equal exposure to all elements of foundations gymnastics. This program is designed for participants to progress at a faster rate. At the end of each session participants will receive a progress report - please return the progress report in subsequent sessions to the participant's next coach!
