Description:
This half day class explores all of the gymnastics apparatus and skill development. Participants will develop gymnastics skills through the Fun, Fitness, and Fundamental Movement Pattern approach. Whether this is your first experience with gymnastics or you are a seasoned veteran who loves to monkey around on the bars our coaches will work with you to challenge you at your own progressive level.

Required age: 6 - 9 on the day of the activity
