The Center Fitness program offers a monthly “come as often as you want” class schedule. A variety of classes are taught by certified instructors on the Sportwoodplus Ultra Floor System – a cushioned wood floor engineered to reduce the potential for injury by reducing impact forces encountered during participation.
Most equipment is provided, but please bring your own mat and water!
