The personal information collected on this site will be used by Rogers Elementary Out of School Care Society (Rogers Society) for the purposes of operating and providing information about our programs, services, and products. You are in control of any personal information you provide to us. If at any time you would like to update or correct the personal information we have about you, please contact us.

Waiver of Liability

By registering in any of our programs, events, etc. you agree to the following:

I and my heirs do voluntarily waive and release each and every right or claim of damages we and each of us have against Rogers Elementary Out of School Care Society, their agents or representatives for any and all injuries, accidents or mishaps howsoever occasioned.

Photo Release

Rogers Society reserves the right to use photographs and videos of our programs and events for promotional purposes (website, social media & printed promotional materials) unless written agreement is requested and given otherwise. Participant names will not be published with photographs and videos unless participants (or their parent/guardian) have provided written permission for such to Rogers Society.

Service Fees

Rogers Society is a non-profit organization. In order to be able to offer the convenience of online registration and payment to our community members, we charge a small service fee to offset our costs. When you register online, a fee of 2% of program fees plus $0.50 per online payment will be charged.

Registration & Refunds

It is the responsibility of the participant (or their parent/guardian) to disclose all relevant information, including medical and/or special needs, when registering for programs & events. In the event that a participant is not able to adequately participate in a program due to undisclosed circumstances or needs, or their participation results in program staff being unable to administer the program effectively or safely for all participants, Rogers Society reserves the right to cancel the participant's enrollment and no program fees will be credited for such cancellation.

Registration cancellation & refund policies vary according to our programs & events. By registering in any of our programs, you agree that you have read and familiarized yourself with the appropriate cancellation & refund policies, procedures & fee structures as outlined in the program information page.

Any fee credits for cancellation of program registration will be posted to your Rogers Society account and can be used for future registrations within 2 years. If you wish to receive a refund to your credit card or in cheque form, you must submit a written request by email to books@rogerssociety.org and a $10 administration charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note: ALL failed & returned payments are subject to a $25 NSF fee.

Program Cancellations

In the event that a program is cancelled due to insufficient registration, a full refund of program fees will be issued to registered participants. To avoid disappointment, register early and invite your friends!
