Superhero is a high energy boys' only class that focuses on core, balance, flexibility, upper and lower body strength through tumbling, climbing wall, and other obstacles while conquering their fear.

Notes: Athletes will be given a t-shirt at our Superhero Meet & Greet on Saturday, August 13, from 11:30-12:30. For Superhero class, athletes should wear their Superhero t-shirt with athletic shorts and tennis shoes.
Prerequisites: Ages 2-4 No skills required
