Description:
This jam is designed for those that already have significant experience with partner acro. Participants will be able to practice more dynamic partner acro moves, Banquine, Swings, Pitching and Russian bar. Class instruction will vary depending on participants
Required age: 18+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Students must be able to pop up or front mount into two high and must be comfortable moving forwards, backwards, and sideways in two high. Students must be comfortable with standing hand to hand without a spot. **If you meet these requirements but are blocked from enrolling, please email office@sancaseattle.org. We can manually assign you the acro 3 permissions to allow you to enroll!
