Camp Refund Policy:

A refund of the registration fee less $100 administrative fee will be issued upon notification of withdrawal from a camp program submitted in writing to the camp director at least one month prior to the start of the program. Withdrawal requests received after the month prior to the program are not eligible to receive a refund unless accompanied by a doctor’s note that specifies the injury/illness that prevents the camper from attending camp. Unless the program is cancelled by Second Nature Outdoors refunds will not be issued for weather, environmental conditions, equipment failure or other factors out of Second Nature Outdoors control.

Transfer Policy:

Second Nature Outdoors Campers may transfer to another Second Nature Outdoors camp program if space is available and if notification is received in writing no later than one week prior of the first day of start of the program. There is a non-refundable $15.00 fee for this service.
