Description:
Winter training for Dundas Little League players lead by Coach Damian and group of Batter Zone staff coaches. Program runs 13 weeks from January 22 to April 23. Sessions include a 30 minute warm-up and 90 minutes at throwing, hitting off tee, front toss and fielding stations. Emphasis on correct mechanics and developing the whole player.
