Description:
Softball Pitching - Players will review and perfect proper throwing mechanics in order to repeat their delivery, to avoid injury, to increase velocity and to improve accuracy. Players will get an understanding of the strike zone as well as work on fielding their position and controlling the running game. Classes are limited to 3 players. 10 week schedule, class bye weeks to be advised. Session starts September 30, 2019.
