Description:

u14 is a weekly indoor house league for competitive and recreational soccer players (12-14yrs) in middle school. Games are 6v6 (5+GK) and 2x20min in a rotating 45min slot. Paid coaches ensure all players get equal playing time, instruction and encouragement from the sidelines. Players play all positions and for teams without dedicated goalies, our coaches ensure everyone takes their turn. The games are officiated by adult referees and get very competitive, and as a result players improve significantly in this fast action packed game.

** Shin guards are mandatory & outdoor soccer cleats are recommended. Jewellery must be removed or taped and glasses must be securely held with a strap.
**Weekly times will be a combination of times between 5:30pm & 8:30pm (see website for exact times).

Notes: COVID rules are outside our control and may change without notice. Program content, start and end dates may change. Spectators may or may not be allowed indoors. Participants & spectators may have to wear masks. Vaccination may be required for entry. Classes/clinics/games may be cancelled due to COVID cases. Facility may be closed due to capacity restrictions, lockdowns or other measures. Partial CREDITS will be issued if government lockdown results in cancelled sessions. Cancellation prior to the first session is a full credit less $75 admin fee per player. Cancellation or withdrawals after first session is 100% non-refundable. No credits or refunds for any missed sessions including illness, close contact with a positive case, quarantine or refusing to wear masks if required.
