Research has shown that kids who play multiple sports through childhood will stay active longer and are more likely to find success later in competitive sports. At Sportball, Multi-Sport classes provide an amazing foundation for a lifetime of active living. Sportball kids are kept moving and engaged, learning a new skill from a different sport each class. We bundle 8 sports – soccer, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, volleyball, golf and tennis into one registration. By introducing your child to a variety of sports, they will have the opportunity to find out which one feels right for specialization in later years. Classes will meet outside on Brumley left field. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES · Refunds: A $15 fee will be applied to refunds. Refunds are issued when the withdrawal of a child is received by email 2 weeks prior to the start of any season. After that date, a partial refund will be issued if your child’s space can be filled. · Transfers and Makeup classes: are not guaranteed. If class runs twice/week for your age group, a makeup class can be attended on the other day. · Please ensure that all necessary emergency information (i.e. medical, special needs) has been disclosed. We encourage parents to speak with coaches prior to the start of the program.

Notes: For the safety of all children with allergies, we require that no nut products be brought to any of our Sportball locations. I acknowledge that I have read and accept the Sportball Policies. I agree that Sportball can collect, use, disclose and store personal information as set out in their Privacy Policy. I hereby release Sportball and their coaches, employees from all claims, demands, losses, actions, suits or proceedings arising out of the participation of the applicant named in any facility or at any location where a program is being held. I also agree to consent to the use by Sportball of the Participant’s likeness (photographs, video) for publicity purposes.
