Our Parent & Tot Program will offer a 30 minute class where parents/guardians/grandparents can enjoy being active and developing physical literacy with their 2 year old, who is not quite ready to be in an independent class.

Coaches will focus on the Fundamental Movements Patterns - locomotions, springs, swings, stationary positions, rotations, landings and object manipulations - through music, games and circuits.

Parents and tots should come prepared to be active!
