By registering your child(ren) for any of our extended day programs, you agree to the following:

Late Fees - The after-school program closes promptly at 5:30 pm. Please call the school if you are going to be late. A late fee of $10 per child will be charged after 5:30 pm, and for every additional 15 minutes late. All late fees will be invoiced monthly via AMILA, with payment due on receipt.
Session Changes / Withdrawal – Please contact the school office to make changes to your schedule or withdraw from the program. If a child is withdrawn from the program, a refund will be offered for fully unused months only, with two weeks written notice. Any refund will be in the form of credit towards future registration, or by cheque, at the discretion of St. Ignatius School.
Dishonoured payments are subject to a $35 service charge.
Session changes are subject to a $20 administrative fee.
Refunds will not be issued for days missed.
Requests to change September’s enrolment must be made before August 31. Changes requested between September 1 and September 15 will be processed after September 15. The two week notice will then apply.
