Full payment is required at the time of registration. When you register for a class, you are signing up for an entire session. By doing so, you are taking a spot in a class and are therefore responsible for that spot for the full session.

Online payments, and registrations taken over the phone, can be paid by Visa or MasterCard. Payments taken in the office can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Debit, cheque (made out to TRYumph Gymnastics Academy) or exact cash. Receipts will be emailed to you once the registration is complete.

Classes may be cancelled, changed or rescheduled, based on registration numbers, at the sole discretion of the Program Director. Due to coach/athlete ratios, make-up classes are not available.

Refunds are only given up to one week prior to the start of the session (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) and will incur a $35.00 administration fee.

Refunds for March Break and Summer Camps will be given up to one week prior to the start of the camp and will incur a $35.00 administration fee.

No refunds will be given for PA Day Camps. Credits will be issued up to 3 days prior to the Camp date.
