Description:
This class aims at introducing intermediate skills (up to and including walkovers, chin up pull over, front handspring on stacked mats) on all four women’s artistic gymnastics apparatus. It includes a warm up, stretching/flexibility and general strengthening exercises. In addition to athletic development, this program provides an amazing opportunity for social and personal development, including fostering new friendships.
