Description:
As the last step in our Recreational Program, TRYumph Gymnastics Academy’s Advanced Recreational Program offers the developing gymnasts the perfect challenge. The class aims at introducing intermediate (up to including walkovers) & advanced skills (handsprings and saltos) on all four women’s artistic gymnastics apparatus. It includes a warm up, stretching/flexibility and general strengthening exercises.

Prerequisites: Prerequisite: completed level 4 and demonstrate an advanced ability in strength and flexibility. This is a coach-recommended program.
