Description:
Our youngest level acro class is designed to help 4- and 5-year-olds explore the foundations of acro technique in a safe environment. Students develop upper body strength, core strength, and full body coordination through fun and imaginative exercises done on mats. Course goals include basic rolls, tripods, cartwheels, and handstands.
