Description:
Teen contemporary is geared for begginning students age 13+ to explore the elements of contemporary dance. Contemporary dance pulls from ballet, modern, yoga, and jazz technique, as well as improvisation. Physical and mental benefits include cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, the ability to work in teams, musical awareness, heightened mind-body connection, and increased confidence.
