Description:
Upper level students are strongly encouraged to take a variety of classes multiple days per week in order to delve more deeply into the specific techniques that influence contemporary dance. Contemporary incorporates exercises and concepts from various modern and post-modern dance techniques in order to give the well-rounded contemporary dance practice with skills such as floor work, complex spinal articulation and coordination, and control of a wide array of movement qualities.
