Super Bears is designed for 3.5-5 year old children who are now ready to enjoy a class independent of a parent in an environment with other students and a teacher. This program will focus on listening and cooperative skills, motor movement/development as well as having a lot of fun on the gymnastics equipment/learning gymnastics skills while learning to be in a class setting. 

Intermediate gymnastics class for girls who have achieved their level 1 skill requirements. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility. They will learn basic gymnastics skills on each Olympic event: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with Trampoline and Tumble-Track. Progressions and lead-ups are the key factors at this level. Some of the basic skills they will learn include: cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pull-overs, cast, balancing skills, running, jumping, leaping and agility movements, all while having FUN!

Beginner gymnastics class for girls. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility. They will learn basic gymnastics skills on each Olympic event: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with Trampoline and Tumble-Track. Progressions and lead-ups are the key factors at this level. Some of the basic skills they will learn include: cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pull-overs, cast, balancing skills, running, jumping, leaping and agility movements, all while having FUN!

Utilize the trampolines and foam pit to learn new skills for the upcoming ski and snowboard season.

Beginner gymnastics class for girls. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility. This co-ed class teaches basic trampoline and tumbling skills. Girls and boys will utilize the trampoline, foam pit and floor exercise to learn beginner skills and positions necessary to flip, jump and tumble safely. 

Intermediate gymnastics class for girls who have achieved their level 1 skill requirements. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility. They will learn basic gymnastics skills on each Olympic event: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with Trampoline and Tumble-Track. Progressions and lead-ups are the key factors at this level. Some of the basic skills they will learn include: cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pull-overs, cast, balancing skills, running, jumping, leaping and agility movements, all while having FUN!

This class requires an invitation from an instructor. This is a developmental program serving as a stepping stone from our recreational program to the competitive, USAG Developmental Team Program. It is designed for the serious gymnast with the desire to be a competitive gymnast someday. This is where the gymnast will experience a more structured, more detailed approach to our instruction. The Pre-Team Developmental Program is both challenging and satisfying!

Beginner to intermediate boys recreational gymnastics using a combination of all apparatus; vault, high bar, parallel bars, pommel horse, spring floor, trampolines and foam pit. Boys will focus on learning basic gymnastics movements along with strength and agility. 

Intermediate to advanced recreational gymnastics class for girls who have achieved their level 2 skill requirements. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, spending time on strength and flexibility. They will learn more intermediate gymnastics skills on each event: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with Trampoline and Tumble-Track.  Some of the basic skills they will learn include: roundoff, back-handspring, handstands, bar circles and casting while also perfecting their balance and agility. 

Intermediate gymnastics class for girls who have achieved their level 1 skill requirements. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility. They will learn basic gymnastics skills on each Olympic event: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with Trampoline and Tumble-Track. Progressions and lead-ups are the key factors at this level. Recreational and Competitive Team Showcases!

Support your local talent and join us for a wizard themed day of gymnastics! Gymnasts will showcase their gymnastics on all four apparatus and receive awards and goodies for their performance. The spring gymnastics showcase is an annual fundraiser benefiting Vail Gymnastics and all its participants. There will be a $3 dollar entry fee for all adult spectators. Please limit 4 spectators per gymnast! 

Open to girls and boys that are currently enrolled in a class at Vail Gymnastics (Super Bears or higher). 

*Must be a competitive gymnast currenlty competing in level 3 or higher or Xcel SIlver or higher. This competitve gymnastics summer camp focuses on training new skills and preparing for the upcoming competitive season. Coaching staff from Vail Gymnastics as well as visiting coaches help local and visiting gymnasts build their skills and have fun at the same time! 

*Must be a competitive gymnast currenlty competing in level 3 or higher or Xcel SIlver or higher. This competitve gymnastics summer camp focuses on training new skills and preparing for the upcoming competitive season.
