Season Passes & Applications

This winter season pickleball pass is valid from November 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024.

Annual Membership: $150/year ($100/year for VRD residents - proof required) gets you 80% off all reservations.

This fee is in lieu of a booster club or mandatory fundraising effort. Team commitment is made by July 1 as we begin registering for competitions and making season commitments. This will ensure a fair distribution of funds between families and added support needed for competitions, events, clinics, seminars, and other ‘team’ related expenses which benefit all Vail Team Members. For example: Training apparel (leotards, shirts, backpacks, etc.),team banquets, any additional unforeseen competition costs, guest coaches, and other related events. 

To register for Camp Vail, Extreme Camp Vail, or Pre Kamp Vail each child must have ALL paperwork submitted to this application for review. Once it is reviewed and accepted you will be given the proper skill required to register for the camp/s you're interested in.

For Camp Vail and Pre Kamp Vail - Please complete the form for EACH child during the check-out process to be eligible for early registration access. Form must be completed a minimum of two weeks prior to registration opening.

Upon application approval you will be awarded the appropriate camp discount.

To register for KidZone After School Program and/or KidZone School's Out Camps each child must have ALL paperwork submitted to this application for review. Once it is reviewed and accepted you will be able to register your child for After School and all School's Out Camps.
