Description:
Suitable for beginners or students looking for a gentle yoga practice in the garden; relieve tension held in hips, spine and shoulders to deeply relax your body. Postures are instructed with care and attention on alignment, offering options for all levels. Through breath-guided movement and mediation we balance the nervous system and calm the mind. You will feel relaxed and at ease after class. Meet at the Visitors Centre and enter the Garden as a group. Bring your own yoga mat. Some props are available, however you are welcome to bring any you like to use, and a light blanket or towel.
Notes: Purchase a MultiPass and save! Choose from 6 or 12 classes in a pass. Select the "MultiPass" tab above to purchase, and use them for any fitness or yoga class drop-ins within a year of first use. This system replaces purchasing entire sessions and allows you to attend whenever your schedule allows, without missing classes due to illness or holidays. Bring a yoga mat and a thick towel or blanket.
