Description: Start your day with this gentle yoga practice; relieve tension held in hips, spine and shoulders to deeply relax your body. Postures are instructed with care and attention on alignment, offering options for all levels. Through breath-guided movement and mediation we balance the nervous system and calm the mind. You will feel relaxed and at ease after class. Suitable for beginners or students looking for a gentle practice. Class takes place in the beautiful VanDusen Guides Classroom with garden views. NOTE: March 21st class cancelled
