Description:

• Scroll through the calendar to find your preferred booking time and date, and click on the blue square to select an open time slot. If you don’t already have an Amilia account, you will be prompted to create one. 


• Next, you’ll be asked for information about your group and program theme as well as be directed to make payment.


• By registering for a program, you agree to review and abide by the Code of Conduct included the Pre-trip Information Packet and to share it with your group.  We will review the Code of Conduct upon your arrival at.

Notes: Our fee structure has changed. Program fee: $250 Payment due within 4 weeks of  booking.  Cancellations within 4 weeks of booking receive full refund, less $15 administrative fee. Cancellations prior to 4 weeks of program receive 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 4 weeks of program date. VBGA accepts Visa, Mastercard, cheque or cash.  Maximum 30 participants for guided programs (24 students and 6 adults). Contact School Programs Manager if number of adult participants exceed maximum; additional chaperones pay $5 each.
