Description:
Explore just some of the fascinating ways people around the world use and appreciate plants, including medicine, food, transportation, shelter, music, and for ceremony. Campers will discover connections between some species found in the Garden and Indigenous Peoples and cultures of the Pacific Northwest, go on a scavenger hunt for some native and medicinal plants, craft a rain stick, and concoct an herbal teabag to enjoy at home!

Prerequisites: All campers must be at least 5 years old on the day of the program AND have completed or be currently enrolled in kindergarten to attend.
