Description:
Chair Fitness will have you dancing in your seat! Chair Fitness is a seated exercise class designed for individuals who have concerns about standing during a fitness class. This includes active older adults, people with balance challenges, injuries, disabilities, pregnant, or suffering from obesity. This class delivers a fun, interactive and uplifting “dance” experience to music, while providing a total body workout, all from a seated position. This class enables everyone to stay active mentally and physically, no matter their age and ability. Come dance with us! Instructor: Lorene Hughes (Scary Bunny Fitness)
