GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Pre-requisites: must be an HP athlete

2. Class: drop-in (3 athletes required to run the class) group oriented

3. Program Commitment: Drop-in, weekly registration required.  

4. Practice Attire: tight fitting athletic clothing or leotard, bare feet

5. Registration:  Online registration.  Fees must be submitted in order for registration to be processed.
