Waiver and Photo Release

We will do our best to ensure the safety of the dancers and their guardians. Due to the physical nature of dance, X Dance Company Inc. as a whole will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur inside or outside the premises or at home. The waiver must be accepted online before classes begin.

By accepting the waiver, it includes the Photo and Video Release which means that you agree to the use of images of you or your child by X Dance Company Inc. on the X Dance Company website, social media pages, in brochures or in other promotional materials. No identifying information will be included.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Fall/Spring 2022/23:

All requests for changes/cancellations must be submitted and completed by October 31, 2022 (Fall/Spring). All classes are prorated until November 30th 2022. In the event that a cancellation is needed, X Dance Company Inc. will refund you the remaining tuition less the $35 cancellation fee before October 31, 2022. After October 31st, 2022 if a cancellation is needed, the remaining tuition must be paid. This is not a pay as you go program, instalment plans are in place to help ease costs. Absence in a class does not mean you are dropping a class, a written letter or email stating you would like to drop a class is required address to xdancecompanyinc@gmail.com. In the event that the studio is mandated to shut down by the government, regularly scheduled classes will continue to take place online until we are allowed to open again. We will keep the schedule the same, slight adjustments may be made due to the change in platform. Tuition and cancellation policy remains the same whether classes are running in studio or online.

Subject to Admin fees:
All payments later than 31 days are subject to overdue fees. All fees will be added to the next month’s payment.

Dance Camps/ Kid's Night In:

Absolutely no refunds. In the event that a cancellation is needed, credit will be issued which can be used for future purchases at X Dance Company Inc. If a child is showing symptoms of COVID 19, we reserve the right to send your child home.
