Mock Trial (ages 12-18)                                            Jennifer McRae, attorney

Your Honor, I object!  Did you ever want to see inside a courtroom and figure out what happens? Come learn the basics of our courtroom system while having fun with fairy tales. We will use familiar stories as our cases to study the judicial system. Attorneys, witnesses, judges, and jurors: students will try out all the roles!  Materials include affidavits, documents, maps, and diagrams, which may be introduced as exhibits. Although we will not be a part of the national competition, students will still engage in the teamwork and class competition that make this a student favorite in schools across the country. 

Students may need to supply a book. Details to follow. 

Time: 2pm  

Tuition: $95/$85.50 for volunteers    

Supply Fee: $10
