Tarif à partir de 10$ si nouvel arrivant à faible revenu, plus taxes. Beau temps, mauvais temps. Rendez-vous à 18h au gazébo Mordecai Richler (en bas du parc du mont-Royal, le long de l’avenue du Parc, pas loin du monument). On décolle à 18h10. Il faut être capable de marcher à un rythme modéré et faire de l’exercice modéré. Nous marchons jusqu’en haut du mont-Royal et redescendons. L’heure de la fin de la sortie peut varier un peu. Veuillez apporter une lampe frontale ou lampe de poche.

En raison de la pandémie que nous vivons actuellement, l'ARMP doit se conformer aux nouvelles normes établies par la direction de la Santé Publique. Dans cette optique, le programme de Plein air interculturel de l'ARMP permettra aux participants de s'initier à des loisirs de plein air tout en respectant les règles de distanciation sociale.

Admissibilité
Seuls les participants ayant pris connaissance de la clause d’Acceptation des risques et s’engageant à s’y conformer pourront s’inscrire aux activités de Plein air interculturel. Cette clause fait partie des questions auxquelles le participant doit répondre lors du processus d’inscription en ligne.

The rate starts at $10 plus taxes if you are a low-income new Canadian. This activity takes place rain or shine. Meet at 6 pm at the Mordecai Richler gazebo at the bottom of Mount Royal, along Park Avenue (not far from the monument). We start walking by 6:10 pm. You will need to be able to walk at a moderate pace and do moderate exercise. We walk to the top of Mount Royal and then come back down. The exact time of the end of the outing varies somewhat from week to week. Please bring a headlamp or flashlight if possible.

**IMPORTANT MESSAGE**
Due to the pandemic we are currently experiencing, the ARMP must comply with new standards established by the Quebec  Ministry of Public Health. With this in mind, ARMP's Intercultural Outdoor Recreation program will allow participants to take part in outdoor activities while respecting the rules of social distancing.

Eligibility
Only participants that have read and accepted the Acknowledgement of Risks clause and agree to follow its guidelines will be able to register for Intercultural Outdoor Recreation program activities.  This clause is part of the questions that participants must answer while registering online.
