The Scooter Farm at the Escondido Skate Park provides an educational and fun approach to young riders looking to progress their scooter skills.  With instruction from some of the top pro scooter riders in the world, campers will have a chance to learn from and get extended riding time. Fun games and contests will be played throughout the camp!

Socal Spring Scooter Competition is BACK!  Each rider will get two 45 second runs in this format, with the top score counting.  Your second best run will only be used in case of a tie.

Beginner Division explainer- Some of these riders, but not all, have competed before. Small overhead tricks and small trick combos are allowed.  No Flips.

Intermediate Division explainer- Most of these riders have several competitions under their belt.  Trick combinations, flips, and a higher level of flow are going to be seen in this division.  NO Trick restrictions.

Advanced Division explainer- Lots of competition experience is expected in this division.  Amplitude and flow are at the highest level.  USARS Juniors may compete in this division. No trick restrictions.

Rookie Division explainer- These riders have not competed before.  Riders should just be starting out, with a limited bag of tricks: whips, barspins, and small grinds only

We are stoked to introduce the Ohlay Spot Throwdown at the Escondido Skate Park!  $2500 in cash prizes are up for grabs over 5 spots in the park.  Junior and Pro riders are going to be throwing down some of the Best Tricks you have ever seen at Esco!  Riders of all ages and skills are welcome.

Discovery Camp will immerse campers in astronomy and space-themed activities, including star gazing and spaced-related crafts.Campers can look forward to making their own telescope constellation card and a STEM craft dedicated to exploring the four forces of flight by making a paper glider. 

Explore the wonders of wildlife through imagination and fun pact ourdoor games. Campers can also look forward to interactive crafts that illustrate fun facts about creatures that roam the earth. 

Let's celebrate the ordinary people behind the heroics and how their everyday work is making a positive difference in the community. Join in superhero-themed outdoor games, crafts, and more. 

The ocean is home to most of Earth's biodiversity. Campers will explore the wonders of the ocean and the diverse creatures that live there. Through creative activities like designing their own sharks and building lava lamp models, campers will learn about the many fascinating animals that inhabit the ocean's depths.

Kids love dinosaurs! At camp, young explorers will tap into their creativity to uncover the mysteries of dinosaurs and other ancient creatures. Campers will make dino masks and gooey "dino eggs" for hands-on STEM fun and so much more. 

Campers will tap into their creativity and imagination as they immerse themselves in a world of wizardry. They will embark on a mystical quest filled with dodgeball, house tournaments, and other magical adventures. Campers can also craft their own bookmarks, sparking a passion for reading in young minds.

Discovery Camp will offer campers the chance to try out a variety of sports and athletic activities. Campers will also get to express their passion for their favorite sports teams through arts and crafts projects.

 Campers will explore myths and legends through activities focused on mystical creatures. They will engage their creativity through arts and crafts projects depicting fantastical beings. This allows them to showcase their imaginations. Campers will also participate in cooperative mystical outdoor games that promote teamwork.

Unlesh creativity with various activities this week! Campers will improve their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination by engaging their senses of touch, sight, and sound through arts and crafts activities. These sensory-focused projects aim to boost campers' confidence!
