For summer camp: A maxmimum of 2 weeks per child can be booked; a non-refundable deposit of $50 per child per week needs to be paid within 7 days of registration and the balance paid by June 15.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Summer Camps
-Cancellation can be made up until June 15. Sorry, there are no cancellations once camp sessions are running as it is difficult to fill spots at that time. (Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis if something urgent comes up)
-A refund will be issued back on your credit card (if you originally paid by credit card) or by cheque (if you originally paid by e-transfer)
-You will receive the amount you paid minus the non-refundable $50 deposit ($50/child per week)
Spring & Christmas Camps:
-Cancellation can be made up to 2 weeks prior to camp start date. after that, there are no refunds or credits.
-There is no deposit for these camps, payment must be made within 7 days of registration.
