You now have access to our entire fitness line-up - online and in-person classes and our Youtube on-demand classes. Your password will be emailed to you on the evening of before the start of the first class so you can access your Zoom classes. You do NOT have to book the online classes ahead, just follow the directions below to attend. 1. Go to our ONLINE classes page and choose your day (refresh your browser or clear your history if you don't see it). 2. Click on the ZOOM link beside your chosen class. 3. Enter the password. 4. Ta dah! If you need assistance with ZOOM, there are step-be-step instructions on our website on the ONLINE class page. If you still have difficulties, you can email us at email@example.com. Before the start of the first class you will be emailed a link to our YouTube Fitness classes so you can access them at your leisure. You can use this Multipass to book your IN-PERSON classes by going to the Registration page and clicking on the Fall Fitness 2020 Program. Click on the class you want and when it asks how you will pay, choose multipass. - Please book your IN-PERSON classes in advance (one week maximum). - Arrival is at the Main Doors on Third Avenue. - You may arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time of each class. - Masks remain on until class begins and must be put back on when leaving. - Sanitize your hands when entering the building. - You must complete the ONLINE Daily Health - Screening each day prior to arriving at the centre. - Once class begins, you will not be able to enter the building or join the class. NO late entry. - Exit will be from the Lyon St door. Please note: Some of our classes are intended to be held IN-PERSON, however, in the event of increased OPH restrictions leading to the temporary closure of the facility, the class may be moved to an on-line format. We will not be able to issue refunds to participants who do not wish to continue with the on-line format. Once a year, please complete the Par Q form which you can find at this link.
