Recreational Gymnastic classes designed based on Gymnastics Canada’s three philosophical pillars: Fun, Fitness and Fundamentals. The classes range from Active Start programs for children walking to age 6. These classes focus on FUN based activities to help develop children's social, cognitive and gross motor development while learning the fundamentals of gymnastics. For children 7 years and up, there is a progressive badge program used by many gymnastics clubs in Canada. The CANGYM program includes 3 levels of skill progressions (Bronze, Silver and Gold). Within each of these levels there are 4 different badges which help to break gymnastics skills into achievable progressions.
