Description
The Regina Rhythmic Gymnastic Club (RRGC) offers a 30 week non-competitive performance based program which is focused on fun and learning within a team environment. Gymnasts are guided through stretching, ballet, dance and rhythmic gymnastics body technique incorporating the use of apparatus in harmony to music. The program is designed to develop fundamental body movements, basic coordination, flexibility, concentration, rhythm, and team skills. Classes start in September and end in April or early May with a Club Gymnaestrada. Classes are available in Regina, Balgonie, and White City. RRGC is a member club of Gymnastics Saskatchewan. Coaches are certified with Gymnastics Saskatchewan, Gymnastics Canada and the National Coaching Certification Program, and have Standard First Aid and CPR. ? Fundraising is optional. All fundraising proceeds go directly into gymnasts’ accounts to be used for registration fees, bodysuits, equipment, etc.
